TSCQ Consulting is a specialist construction advisory firm providing independent project reviews, risk management, and organisational systems support to building contractors, asset owners, and project delivery teams. We are expanding and seeking a capable contracts professional to support our growing portfolio of remediation and construction advisory engagements.
TSCQ Consulting is an independent construction advisory firm specialising in live-environment and complex projects. We focus on early risk identification, clear planning and practical delivery insights to support informed project delivery and better commercial outcomes.
What We’re Looking For
We are seeking a motivated and detail-focused professional with:
- 3–5 years’ experience in a Contract Administrator or Contracts Manager role, ideally within a Tier 2 contractor or similar environment.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting at both head contract and subcontract levels.
- Remedial construction experience (preferred).
- Experience administering:
- Extensions of Time (EOT)
- Notices of Delay (NOD)
- Variations
- Delay claims
- Exposure to Procure or Jobpac (preferred).
- Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organisational and time-management capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams across different projects.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision are critical requirements for this role.
Location & Working Style
- Role is based in Sydney, NSW.
- Flexible working arrangements (hybrid) are available once workflow understanding and consistent delivery are demonstrated.
Engagement Details
- Part-time contract role.
- Starting at 2 days per week, with opportunity to increase based on workload and performance.
