Contracts Administrator / Contracts Manager – ABN Contractor
ABN contractor role supporting live remediation and construction advisory engagements, with flexibility to scale involvement based on workload.
Due to continued growth, we are seeking a capable contracts professional to support our expanding portfolio of advisory work.
This role is an ABN contractor engagement (not PAYG employment).
What We’re Looking For
We are seeking a motivated and detail-focused professional with:
- 3–5 years’ experience in a Contract Administrator or Contracts Manager role, ideally within a Tier 2 contractor or similar environment
- Strong understanding of financial reporting at both head contract and subcontract levels
- Remedial construction experience (preferred)
- Experience administering:
- Extensions of Time (EOT)
- Notices of Delay (NOD)
- Variations
- Delay claims
- Exposure to Procure or JobPac (preferred)
- Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organisational and time-management capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams across different projects
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision are critical requirements for this role
Location & Working Style
- Office-based in Sydney, NSW, with potential for hybrid working once established.
