TSCQ Consulting is an independent Sydney-based project management and construction advisory consultancy supporting the planning, procurement and delivery of complex construction, remediation and refurbishment projects.

Our approach combines practical construction knowledge, project management experience and commercial discipline to help clients manage risk, navigate complexity and make informed project decisions. We work collaboratively with clients, consultants and contractors, providing services tailored to the specific requirements of each project.

TSCQ is led by Director Jake Young, who brings more than 20 years of practical construction industry experience spanning trade, construction management and senior project leadership. This experience extends to the broader TSCQ team and contributes to our understanding of how projects are designed, procured, administered and actually delivered on site.
